VECLOADER 721

VecLoader trailer-mounted industrial vacuums never need to be removed from the vacuuming site for dumping. VecLoader's can be used for extracting or vacuuming cement, coal, ash, dust, dirt, spent abrasive, sand, gravel, stone, slurry, water and most flowable bulk materials and liquids. The VecLoader is designed to facilitate various loading options such as, dump trucks, roll off boxes, gaylords, bulk bag, and other storage or disposal vessels.

The VecLoader Titan 721 trailer mounted industrial vacuum loader combines the power of a mid-size vacuum truck with the unique unloading advantages of VecLoader trailer mounted vacuums. The VecLoader Titan 721 is from Vector Technologies' Titan Series of trailer mounted vacuum loaders, featuring positive displacement blowers with both high CFM and high vacuum. The Titan 721's high vacuum of 28" Hg (inches of mercury) provides great flexibility when conveying longer distances or handling dense waste streams.

The Vector self-pulsing baghouse represents a thirty year legacy of proven safety and performance.

Specifications

VACUUM PUMP : Roots/Dresser Model 721 DVJ, rotary lobe positive displacement blower.

PUMP RATING : Maximum vacuum of 28" Hg negative static pressure or a maximum air flow of 3,660 CFM.

PERFORMANCE : Bulk dry materials load up to 18-21 tons/hour (425 gallons of water/minute) or at distances to 1,200'.

ENGINE : Tier III John Deere Model 225 HP diesel engine with locking enclosure. Electric powered models are available.

ENGINE RATING : 6-cylinder; water-cooled turbo and inter-cooled diesel; 225 H.P. @ 2,400 RPM.

SPECIFICATIONS : Direct Drive; variable operating speeds between 1,000 to 2,400 RPM; electronically governed; 12 volt electrical system; 15"/5 blade pusher fan; dry type air cleaner with safety element.

CONTROL PANEL : Engine controls include a Murphy PowerView. The PowerView is a multifunction tool that enables operators to view varied engine operating and service parameters including RPM, engine hours, voltage, coolant temp, oil pressure, fuel economy and consumption, throttle position and service codes.

FUEL : Fuel -- #2 Diesel, Fuel capacity - 100 Gallon Fuel Tank, with approximate Running Time of 8 hours.

COMPRESSOR : Single stage, driven off the engine accessory drive; rated at 13.1 ACFM at 90 PSIG.
